Worldwide shipping

We ship to most countries. The cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout, based on your address.

Processing and tracking

We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as it ships, we email you the tracking number so you can see where it is.

Orders with several models

If your order includes several models, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Customs and taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes or duties depending on the destination country. These charges, if any, are paid by the recipient.

Delivery address

Check that your address is correct before paying. If you need to correct it, write to us as soon as possible at helio20glasses@gmail.com; we can change it as long as the order has not shipped.
